Standard VS Counter-Depth Fridge

What's the difference between a standard and a counter-depth fridge? 🤔

🔷 Standard depth fridges are over 30 inches deep, often in the 35- to 36-inch range. In contrast, a counter-depth has a depth less than 30 inches, usually between 24–25 inches in depth.

🔷 A counter-depth fridge is shallower, wider, and a bit taller than traditional fridges. Also, counter-depth fridges are designed to offer the same storage as a regular, full-size refrigerator in a style that usually doesn't stick out more than 1-2 inches past the kitchen counters and cabinets.

🔷 In comparison, traditional refrigerators may stick out half a foot or more from the kitchen counters' edge.
