All of our sales are final, and we do not offer returns. However, we do offer exchanges if the item purchased cannot be repaired.
To be eligible for an exchange, you will need the receipt for purchase and if the item cannot be repaired we will issue an exchange for the item.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at gq.appliance.outlet@gmail.com. or call us at 951-675-6382. If your item is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
