We currently do not deliver to other areas of the United States.

We deliver from Monday - Saturday From 10 AM - 6:30PM.

Yes, we do! We offer delivery plus installation for an additional fee. We, however, do not offer installation for microwaves.

All of our sales are final and we do not offer returns. However, we do offer exchanges if the item purchased cannot be repaired. 

Yes! Most of our products come with a manufacturers warranty, and a FREE 90-day in-house warranty. We also offer an extended warranty for 2-5 years for our home appliances. You will see the warranty information in all of our products.

An open box model is an item that is new and has been taken out of its original packaging. Some open box models may have cosmetic damage such as a scratch or dent. No need to worry, if any of our products have a cosmetic damage, we will specify it on its description.

We have 3 different categories for our open-box models.

Excellent - The item looks brand new

Satisfactory - Minor cosmetic damage

Fair - Significant cosmetic damage and some accessories might be missing
